SEC. 2007. MEDICAID IMPROVEMENT FUND RESCISSION. (a) RESCISSION.—Any amounts available to the Medicaid Improvement Fund established under section 1941 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396w–1) for any of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 that are available for expenditure from the Fund and that are not so obligated as of the date of the enactment of this Act are rescinded. (b) CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.—Section 1941(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396w–1(b)(1)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking ‘‘$100,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$0’’; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘$150,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$0’’.
