Summary

Requires the Secretary of HHS to submit annual reports to Congress on the activities carried out under Title V of the ACA and the effectiveness of such activities.  Authorizes the Secretary to require, as condition of receipt of funds under this title, that the entity receiving the award submit reports to HHS.

SEC. 5701. REPORTS. (a) REPORTS BY SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.—On an annual basis, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall submit to the appropriate Committees of Congress a report on the activities carried out under the amendments made by this title, and the effectiveness of such activities. (b) REPORTS BY RECIPIENTS OF FUNDS.—The Secretary of Health and Human Services may require, as a condition of receiving funds under the amendments made by this title, that the entity receiving such award submit to such Secretary such reports as the such Secretary may require on activities carried out with such award, and the effectiveness of such activities. øMiscellaneous additional amendments made to the Public Health Service Act by section 10501(d), (g), (l), (m), & (n); by section 10502; and by section 10503¿
